The purpose of data management is that the Service Provider can carry out the ordering, delivery and invoicing of the products offered on the website or the pages in accordance with the legal regulations and fulfill the warranty obligations.

The Service Provider, as a data controller, is entitled and obliged to transfer all personal data properly stored to the competent authorities, for the transfer of which she is obliged by law or an official obligation. The Service Provider shall not be held liable for the transmission of such data and the consequences thereof.
The Service Provider declares that it has taken appropriate security measures to protect personal data against unauthorized access, alteration, transmission, disclosure, deletion or destruction, as well as accidental destruction and damage, and becoming inaccessible due to changes in the technology used.
Right to information
The User is entitled to request information about the personal data and other related information handled by the Service Provider at any time. At the request of the User, the Service Provider shall provide information on the data processed by her, the purpose, legal basis and duration of the data processing, as well as who receives or has received his / her data. The Service Provider shall provide the requested information in writing within 30 days of the submission of the request.
The right to delete, correct or block your data
The User has the right at any time to request the correction or deletion of incorrectly recorded data. The Service Provider will delete the data within 15 working days from the receipt of the request, in which case they will not be recoverable. The cancellation does not apply to the data processing required by law (e.g. accounting regulations), the Service Provider will keep them for the required period of time.
Users can also request that their data be blocked. The Service Provider will block the personal data if the User requests so or if, based on the information available, it can be assumed that the deletion would violate the legitimate interests of the User. Personal data blocked in this way may only be processed for as long as the purpose of the data processing, which precluded the deletion of personal data, exists.

You can order unique drawings, photos and paintings on our website, Facebook and Instagram pages. We offer 10 numbered and signed high quality prints of each drawing and painting and 50 numbered and signed high quality prints of each photo. The original pictures are also available. After ordering a picture the customer has an obligation to pay the amount shown in the confirmation e-mail.

Terms and conditions of payment
Within 1-3 days after sending your order, we will send you an e-mail or text message on Messenger or Instagram to discuss the details of the selected parameters, printing and shipping and payment information. Clarifying every detail of your order may require more than one message exchange.
Sending an order means that you have indicated your intention to purchase the product (s). The order will be finalized by paying the purchase price, the contract will take effect at this point. We reserve the right to refuse an order in certain cases.
Prices can be found on the ORDER page of the website in HUF, EUR and USD. The prices shown are gross prices (AAM tax-exempt).
After clarifying the details of the order, we will send a message to the customer stating the full purchase price and shipping cost. If the customer accepts this and confirms his order, we will send him a pro forma invoice including the purchase price and the shipping cost. Please transfer the amount to the following account number provided in the pro forma invoice too:

The order will not be confirmed and will not become active until payment is made. After receiving the purchase price and the shipping cost to our bank account, we will print out the product and arrange the shipment to the address previously provided by the customer. At this point the invoice will be issued and sent to the customer together with the product.
The exact shipping cost can be provided after agreeing on the details of the order, after which you can decide whether to accept the shipping cost.
We will deliver the ordered product to the address provided by you. Please make sure that the address is accurate and correct. Please provide all information so that the courier can easily find the recipient. After sending out the order, it is no longer possible to change the address.
The delivery will be carried out through courier services, the exact date and time of delivery will be given by the courier company, who will get in touch with the customer.
On the day of delivery, you or your representative must be at the shipping address to receive the product. In case of unsuccessful delivery, there may be additional costs for the second delivery, which may be charged on to you.
Before signing the proof of receipt, make sure that the packaging of the product is intact. If the package is damaged or incomplete, ask the courier to make a record.
In all cases, check your product(s) within 24 hours. If the product is damaged, defective or incomplete, please inform us immediately within 24 hours of receipt. If no report is received within 24 hours of receipt, we will not be able to accept a complaint in this regard.
Changes to the order
We will be able to accept your request for changes (e.g. address) before sending out your order. Once we have sent out your order, we are unfortunately unable to make any changes.
It is possible to cancel the order before transferring the purchase price, after the customer has transferred the purchase price and delivery cost to our bank account, we are no longer able to accept the cancellation.
Damaged or defective product
If your package arrives damaged or incomplete, please ask the courier to make a record and inform us at firstname.lastname@example.org or at + 36-30-400-1467.
The printed invoice and the documents proving the authenticity will be delivered with the product or, in some cases, sent to you by a separate e-mail and post.

If you order online, you can return the product(s) within 14 days of receipt without justification. We only accept returned products undamaged, in their original conditions. The shipping costs of returning the product must be covered by the customer in all cases. Once the product is returned undamaged, we will refund the purchase price. Please be aware that international customs duties and sales taxes will not be refunded. Only regular priced items can be refunded, items on sale cannot be refunded.
